AMG Agro

Active Extraction Unit
Facility Head: Mr. Albert M. GeorgeLocation: Kerala, IndiaPrimary Commodity: Pure Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil (HS 15131900)

AMG Agro serves as our dedicated production partner for export-grade coconut oil. Directed by Mr. Albert M. George, the facility handles mature copra selection, clean solar curing, and mechanical expeller pressing under controlled thermal limits.

Indirect Smoke-Free Drying

Zero wood-smoke kiln exposure. Clean solar tunnels and indirect hot-air drying eliminate carcinogenic Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) and sulfur residues.

Cold-Pressed Precision (< 50°C)

Low-temperature expeller extraction preserving natural lauric acid (> 46%), keeping moisture and Free Fatty Acids strictly below 0.1% for long ocean shelf life.

Our Producer Onboarding Standards

We continually evaluate reliable cultivators, spice curing houses, and expeller mills across Kerala to join our export network. Every facility must satisfy 4 non-negotiable requirements:

1. Zero Smoke & Zero Chemical Solvents

We strictly reject copra dried over wood fire or treated with sulfur dioxide ($SO_2$). Processing units must utilize clean solar or indirect biomass heat exchangers.

2. Farm-Level Traceability (EUDR 2023/1115)

Raw material inputs must map directly to certified smallholder farms in Wayanad, Idukki, Kannur, or Kasaragod with geolocation data verifying zero deforestation risk.

3. Pre-Shipment Laboratory Auditing

Consignments undergo composite testing for moisture, FFA, peroxide value, piperine, and pesticide limits at Spices Board QEL or ISO/IEC 17025 accredited port labs.

4. Purpose-Made Food-Grade Maritime Packaging

Liquid consignments must be loaded in purpose-made 200L food-grade metallic containers with nitrogen headspace flushing. We prioritize hermetic metallic packaging to eliminate bladder rupture, plasticizer migration, and catastrophic leakage risks associated with 22MT or 30MT flexitanks.
